VIRTUAL AUDITION (Winter 2026)
Date: Begins on Fri, Jan 2, 2026, and runs through to Mon, Mar 16, 2026
Instructions: Email us a 2- or 3-minute video (or a direct link to a private video you place online) of you live singing two different Pop or R&B songs of your choice, a Cappella style (singing only, no instruments or backing music). We just need 60 to 75 seconds or so (i.e. one verse/chorus) of each song, and the video cannot be enhanced at all (i.e. no autotune and/or artificial vocal/video enhancements). Once we receive your video submission, our A&R staff will review it within 3-4 business days, and then only IF you are selected, we will contact you directly to schedule a live virtual audition/quick interview, which will be done via a private Zoom video meeting call. Please note, when you email us with your video (or online video link), be sure to include the following information: your name, age, city/state, and telephone number. Thank you.

Details:
- This particular audition is for a spot in either one of our upcoming Pop and/or R&B group projects (i.e. boy band, girl group, R&B group, etc.) or Pop and/or R&B collaborative projects. Those who are ultimately chosen will be formally offered a spot/role in one of them (as determined by our A&R Department's Executive Team).
- Open to both male and female Pop and/or R&B style singers (i.e. no Showtunes, Broadway, musical theater, Country, and other types of singers, and no rappers who do not sing).
- You must possess a high level of real (i.e. no autotune) singing/vocal ability. Respectfully, please do not waste our (and your) time auditioning with us if you simply cannot sing Pop and/or R&B music, live, at a high level, consistently.
- You must currently be between the ages of 13–19 to participate in this audition.
- All individuals who are auditioning must be prepared to sing (A Capella style with no instruments and/or backing music) about 60 to 90 seconds worth (i.e. one verse and one chorus) of two different Pop and/or R&B songs of their choosing.
- Prior to auditioning, you are encouraged to email us a headshot and/or any social media link(s) of yours, if possible.
- Please note, this project(s) is based in Orlando, FL, so we highly recommend that you already live in the greater Orlando area (or be able to stay with someone that you know who does), as we will not be responsible for relocating anybody to Orlando.
Audition Rules (please read these rules prior to registering below)
- Male or female Pop and/or R&B style singer (NOT a Musical theatre/Showtunes style singer, NOT a Hip-Hop style rapper, etc.) who is currently between the ages of 13 to 19.
- Enthusiastically willing (i.e. "team player") to be in a Pop group (i.e. "boy band", "girl group", etc.) and/or work on a Pop collaborative project(s).
- Willing to record and/or perform songs that you do not have any hand in writing or co-writing (at least, initially).
- Willing to record and/or perform "clean" pop music of a non-cussing/non-sexually explicit/non-violent nature.
- Dance, Acting, and/or "Social Influencer" experience is a plus, but is not a requirement.
- Must be physically able to dance, regardless of your current dance experience level.
- If ultimately chosen, must be willing to be "super active" (i.e. on a daily basis) on social media, especially on TikTok.
- If ultimately chosen, must be able/willing to commit full-time and switch to online (for college) or online/home school (for high school).
- Must be serious about a career as a famous global popstar. Please do not audition if music/singing is simply just a fun hobby to you.
- Cannot currently be under exclusive contract with any record label and/or music management company/music manager.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen (or U.S. Legal Resident with valid authorization/documentation to work legally in the USA). No exceptions!
